1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Turf Boss LLC website, submitting a quote request, or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Estimates & Pricing

The instant estimate calculator on our website provides a rough ballpark based on the information you provide. It is not a final quote. Final pricing depends on actual site conditions, materials selected, access, measurements, and any additional preparation or permits required. All final pricing will be provided in a written proposal after an on-site consultation.

3. Services & Materials

We specialize in artificial turf, concrete, decorative rock, pavers, rock walls, privacy fences, and landscape maintenance. Material availability and pricing may change due to seasonality and market conditions. We reserve the right to substitute comparable materials if the selected option becomes unavailable, with your approval.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Project start dates are scheduled based on availability and are confirmed once a signed proposal and deposit (if required) are received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees.

5. Warranties

Turf products installed by Turf Boss LLC carry the manufacturer’s warranty as stated on each product page. Installation workmanship is warranted against defects in labor for a reasonable period based on the service performed. Warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, or acts of nature.

6. Financing

Financing is available through third-party lenders. Approval, terms, and rates are determined by the lender, not Turf Boss LLC. We are not responsible for financing decisions, and all financing agreements are between you and the lender.

7. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, submit false or misleading information, or use the site for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Turf Boss LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
